Life to Eagle Coordinator, Flags Across America

I got involved in scouting as a den leader in 2000 in Pack 58 when my son joined Cub Scouts. I joined Troop 58 in 2004 and have held Assistant Scoutmaster and Troop Committee positions for 13 years. I currently serve on the Troop committee as the Life to Eagle Coordinator and lead our Flags Across America fundraising program where scouts currently place over 600 flags in Santa Rosa and Windsor on 6 holidays each year.

I enjoy scouting and have seen the essential life and leadership skills my Eagle Scout son and other scouts have received from scouting and I have a desire to help other scouts realize those benefits that will be with them for their lifetime. I am a retired engineer and love the outdoors, some of my best outdoor memories are Troop 58 outings backpacking in the Sierras and Troop 58 trips to Catalina Island, Zion, Yellowstone and Grand Teton National Parks.
